Hi, welcome to my LinkedIn! I am Lucas Toledo, currently pursuing a degree in International Relations at PUC Minas. With over ten years of experience in volunteer projects, leadership development, youth engagement in social projects, strategic planning, organization of large events with up to 2000 attendees, project management, and communication strategies, I have developed a set of skills that have enabled me to be effective in different professional settings.Since my teenage years, I have been a leader in Christian institutions, where I developed my leadership and management skills. In recent years, I have had the opportunity to hone my skills through experiences in the international consulting market, political campaign advising, and social advocacy.I was also fortunate to be selected as the only foreign intern in a prestigious internship program in Washington DC, where I had the opportunity to witness lobbying and advocacy work firsthand. I participated in important meetings with senators and important decision-makers at the United States Capitol and the United Nations Headquarters in New York. This experience provided me with a global and accurate view of social challenges around the world, allowing me to learn how to work effectively with different cultures, languages, and worldviews.I also lived for two years in the USA, from 2017 to 2019, where I attented Summit International School of Ministry, a Christian global-influent school in Pennsylvania where I was able of coliving with people from over 35 different nationalities.
