My role was to form the company and set up all necessary procedures and structures so that the company can successfully operate and grow in an unclear environment without specific laws for the Shisha Industry in Greece. The company's challenges are import customs and taxes, sea/land shipping, limited advertising opportunities due to the restrictions being in the Tabak Industry.Other areas I lead are marketing and sales strategy, digital presence strategy, and business strategy.
