About Tolga Cetin

I am a curious person by nature with an insatiable appetite for learning and an open-minded dreamer who dares to go beyond and challenge the ordinary to achieve the best of everything! In order to do what I am required, I pursue information and gather all the know-how needed. At the same time, I focus on the know-whys, so I can do the right thing, without getting lost in trying to do things right. I understand that the success can be achieved by strategical planning, resource optimization and hard working. Yet through experience, I learned that thinking out-of-the-box, anticipating trends, adapting to changes and taking necessary and calculated risks are the definitive ingredients to excel to the pinnacle. I believe in team-work, the corporate culture and the hierarchical structures, nevertheless, I advocate that the constructive conflicts and intellectual challenges among team members will help to achieve the better of things.
