I have spent more than two decades of my professional career in various senior leadership positions being responsible for building-, leading- and managing sales teams, regional units and various business lines in the banking sector. Starting as a trainee and – subsequent to a step-by-step career progress – leading the largest business line at a major international financial institution in Hungary I have gained deep Strategic Management and Leadership competencies. Being responsible for Strategy, Product, Process and Sales at a market entrant digital bank in Hungary I have gained a wealth of experience in Launching and Development of a new business – which has achieved a dynamic expansion in terms of both business volumes and profit levels since its foundation in 2010 while having an excellent quality loan portfolio.
