As a collaborative, accountable human resources executive, I am known for establishing and leading optimal HR Shared Services groups, functions, and teams. In my current role, at Juniper Networks I was integral in launching the first HR shared service group in only 12-months which involved transitioning an existing HR-centric model from 50% transactional to a flexible, holistic, and employee-focused model.As Human Resources Leader, I also played a key role in rolling out HR Connect, an online and on-demand self-service platform for employees, in addition to driving productive, unified, and compliant HR operations.
