Andrew 'Andy' Tolleson, PE, D.GE is CEO and Founder of The Tolleson Limited Company. Andy leads the Company design and build capability specializing in horizontal infrastructure and large program management. Andy is a Board Licensed Engineer and is a Diplomate in the US Academy of GeoProfessionals. He holds licenses by the Contractors Licensing Board in seven areas of heavy Construction Management. Andy has extensive program oversight and strategic planning experience leading to vertical and horizontal construction. He routinely provides technical support for decision making relating to significant, fast-track and development and/or government projects. He is a problem solver and a team builder and works extensively in the Southeastern USA, the Caicos Islands and numerous other Caribbean States. Over the course of his career Andy has signature engineering portfolio of project responsibilities on projects and developments equating to more then two billion dollars, with zero claims and zero litigation. He has served as trade delegate between the Caicos Islands and Republic of Haiti. He has spoken professionally in the USA, Brazil and Canada. Andy is accepted in Court as an expert witness in areas of construction, transportation engineering, environmental impact, geotechnical and storm-water management. As contractor and program manager he has responsibility and broad experience in aspects of budget control and project management. This includes direct experience with land development, government infrastructure and luxury resort development. In addition he has served as Application Development Manager for emerging technologies in bio-medical imaging and automated defect detection in pavement surfaces. Board Licensed Professional Engineer, Diplomate in Academy of Geo-Professionals and GIS Professional. Admitted in the International Construction Project Management Association (ICPMA).Public speaker on wide variety of projects and public hearings.
