HP Insight Remote Support (IRS).-Motivating team to achieve organizational goals and set targets using cross-functional inter-personal skills.-Resolution of escalated support cases and weekly, monthly reporting to senior management.

Post Merger & Acquisition of Diamond Bank by Access Bank, led the team that architected and deployed the Bank's Infrastructure that hosted the ATM, POS, Mobile App and Internet Banking platforms. Everyday responsibilities included but were not limited to the following:-Management of Azure tenant to ensure sufficient resources are delivered at all times with effective cloud resource and cost utilization across all subscriptions of the Enterprise.-Active Directory replication, promote/de-promote, patching, reboots and user access management-Liaising with Operations team to monitor performance levels of application deployment and fine-tuning the digital payment products across the Bank for optimal performance for our esteemed customers-Reviewing existing cloud environment and regularly making recommendations for improvements.-Fine-tuning VMs to get the best performance using VMware vRealize 6.6 with Predictive DRS. - In the event of a disaster/downtime, was responsible for successful resumption of business operations depending on RPO and RTO defined by application managers.

Cloud (Azure) Achievements:-Delivered Cost Savings: drove down $20,000 monthly to $6,000 monthly. -Reduced wastage by revamping the VMs, storage, vnet workloads deployed on the Azure subscription and ensured resource optimization.Vmware Virtualization Achievements:-Delivered ROI on Infrastructure. I achieved by this re-purposing reclaimed resources into the VM environment to avoid the business purchasing more servers and storage while we served customers’ requests for additional compute and storage.-Resource Optimization. Significant reduction of complaints of server performance issues as we fine-tuned servers to accommodate more workloads/traffic/requests. This was evident in the reduction of Service Request tickets.-Storage reclamation (Migrating Powered off VMs from EMC VNX to VMAX; I also reclaimed storage utilized by Orphaned VMware replication files-VRealize Operations manager Setup for proactive VM environment Monitoring and Performance management.
