Restructured budget for the fiscal year to make the club run more effectively.Activated a sponsorship partnership with KPMG that funded the club's activity for the year. Was responsible for putting together the bid for the sponsorship.Executed a promotional plan to increase attendance at games. This was done by increased presence both on social media sites and also by finding more ways to engage spectators at games so that our games become 'the place to be'.
