My focus is on maximizing equipment uptime, minimizing downtime, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations in fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environments.I take pride in being a strong communicator and team collaborator, working closely with maintenance teams, engineers, and key stakeholders to align goals, prioritize tasks, and deliver projects on time and within budget. My approach is always centered on delivering high-quality results while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Outside of my professional work, I am deeply committed to giving back to my community. I volunteer as a Programs Planner and Event Organizer for youth-focused initiatives, helping to create opportunities for personal, career, emotional, spiritual growth and development.
