As there were opportunities to bring more value to Miro users on devices, my responsibilities broadened to include tablets, interactive displays & mobile.I’ve created, presented, and aligned with key stakeholders the product strategy for the cross-device experience sub-stream.A few highlights:• For tablets, we launched an enhanced stylus experience. It helps users intuitively explain visual ideas in a remote setup with a tablet. It led to +23% of people using tablets for drawing.• For interactive displays, we launched a quick sign-in experience, improved content creation and navigation experience. The cross-device team is keeping up the work and closely collaborating with other Miro teams, hardware and video-chat vendors to provide our enterprise customers with a great hybrid work experience on interactive displays.• For mobile, we keep streamlining the experience for finding the right content fast and viewing the latest changes. It results in +27% for W4 retention and the 4.6 App Store rating which is the highest that it ever was.

I joined Miro in 2018 to be the first person who would deeply care about mobile users. During this time my team and I launched 10+ features and many more UX improvements to streamline the experience in the mobile app and drive the key product metrics.A few highlights:• Launched the revamped experience of editing and moving objects so people could contribute to the board from anywhere. It led to a 20% growth in monthly board editors on mobile.• Launched the "Feed" section on mobile and improved commenting experience so people could provide feedback from anywhere which led to the higher share of commenters on mobile.• Launched more touch-points to push-notifications that led to 10x higher reach with the same conversion rate.• Launched improved Stickies Capture tool that converts physical stickies into digital ones from a photo. It led to 2x higher MAU compared to the previous version, it was also "Product of the day #3" on Product Hunt.

• Launched 3 mobile products: from the idea to the MVP and next versions.• Attracted the right audience through the best channels for the mobile products. Hired a marketing analyst, acquisition manager, and department manager to delegate this important part of my work.• Implemented the agile approach of working with a key customer that led to faster releases, more value to the customer, and 55% more revenue for the company from this customer.
