ResponsibilitiesFollowing a job acceptation in 2007 for a permanent position within RBS, I transferred into a senior member of the Business Management and Reporting team and have delivered many highly recognised business intelligence solutions, including development, implementation and management of a MS SQL data warehouse solution for RBS, several access databases solutions, MS reporting solutions, crystal reports, SAP dashboard creation displaying real-time queue management and agent management for circa 400 people, mobile dashboards on the iPhone for mobile queue management. Along with this I have great communication and presentational skills from my experience delivering these solutions to key stakeholders within RBS. I have developed most of the reporting solutions for the service desk using SSRS & crystal reports using MS ETL systems. Other high and working experience includes excel, MS Access, VBA, SAP dashboard designer, mobile phone app development, SQL reporting.

I was part of the IT technical support team for RBS; it was my responsibility to be the first point of contact for RBS employees with technical issue. I resolved issues such as outlook faults, shared drives, all MS products and several banking products. I have been part of projects within the team to increase productivity and proving a better level of support for out customers.
