Joined Spin as one of two Senior Recruiters and saw the Talent Acquisition team expand from a handful of people up to 25+ team members. Oversaw all aspects of hiring for fast growing cloud storage and file sharing company. Defined and improved hiring processes, attracted and closed top talent (25 hires made), and worked to improve brand awareness. First and only recruiter for the company. Helped achieve ranking on Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing private U.S. companies list for 2019. [Left due to ongoing cultural challenges and high turnover within the company]

Responsible for all mobile, UX, embedded, and data/algorithms hiring for Nest. Led team in hires made for 2018 and managed a remote team of one to four Sourcers. Hired as Nest's first-ever Sourcer in an effort to jumpstart their candidate pipeline for hiring. Delivered four candidates to offer in my first quarter and led team in offer accepts. Promoted to full­-cycle Technical Recruiter and Nest’s Lead Recruiter for their Embedded and Communications teams. Supported a handful of hiring managers and managed one Sourcer.
