My role involves contributing to strategic decisions in acquisitions, collaborations, and contractual agreements.I advise on business acquisitions, including reviewing pitch decks, drafting term sheets, and negotiating with consultants, venture capital firms, and other funding entities. I manage and negotiate real estate transactions across the UAE, Oman, and Qatar, including drafting long lease agreements and handling complex acquisitions..My responsibilities include drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply chain, business development, franchise, distributorship, and private label agreements. Furthermore, I advise senior executives on governance policies and procedures, stay updated with changes in corporate legislation, and provide guidance on compliance adjustments.

Additionally, I oversaw the drafting and execution of key legal documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Bank Guarantees, and Letters of Engagement, while managing FIDIC notices.I also supported external counsel in litigation and arbitration, preparing and organizing critical documents.
