My global team of over 40 professionals supports delivering products and solutions to our clients. My time is spent positioning the team to do that successfully through hiring and coaching, defining priorities, matching skill sets to solutions, and meeting with current and prospective clients to ensure their needs are met.

While in this role, I managed many large scale programs including the EMV Chip Card program delivering Chase Debit Cards to Chase consumers, a new advisor workstation for Chase Private Client Advisors, and a state of the art application for onboarding International and US Wealth Management clients. I also managed the Money Movement workstream within Digital to bring investment transfers and money movements online for clients.

In this role, I worked closely with clients as they transitioned from their former Clearing firm into the offering provided our team at JPMorgan. I was involved in all aspects of the transition including in the prospect phase as well as requirements gathering, implementation, testing, problem-solving, and expansion of solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

While at Goldman, I helped the Asset Management team build a database that supported their assets management and corporate action steam. This database ultimately eliminated manual process through automation.

I also supported the merger of Herzog, Heine & Geduld into Merrill Lynch particularly around supporting clients as they transition to other Clearing firms.
