As CVP’s Engineering Service Business Development Manager I provide strategic, tactical, operational support and development to the Engineering Customer Services Administration Teams. Acting across all the support tiers I provide practical, technical, and procedural advice and support to the service team members. I am the point of escalation for difficult/non-standard customer and supplier service jobs and provide technical support and advice to CVP’s growing Care team to support the 140m sales achieved in 2022. I work closely with CVP’s technical director to enhance and develop CVP’s engineering service proposition to enhance our customer value creation and competitive advantage. I work under the direction of our Technical Director and I am also involved with other projects and work streams as and when required

In October 2020 Creative Video Production’s customer services and engineering department was re-organised into a tiered structure to deal with the varying customer requirements. I was successfully appointed to Customer Service Leader to manage engineering and service operations with major account customers.

Manager service escalations, across all customer care based issues within the service department.

Supervise 7 administrators and 6 broadcast engineers across all aspects of the service/engineering department

Full control over all items requiring repair, return or replacement with the manufacturer or linked supplier.

Sachtler and O’Connor certified tripod engineer in the servicing and repair of fluid heads and tripods.

Checking equipment in for repair. Handle technical telephone enquiries and research the information required and pass it back to client. Provide written and verbal quotes for spare partsChecking spare parts into engineering and raising the appropriate paperwork to dispatch them to clients or jobs

Audio Archivist - Back up Stereo 1/2" and 1"Analog masters from the recording industry majors to create a digital achieve. (Sony, Warner Brothers, EMI etc)

Sound Engineer & Assistant Sound Engineer across multiple projects - Recording; voice-overs, sound/music to video, sound effects/Foley, musicians, achieving and bands to a professional standard.
