Started working at Cafe 21 on queen street in 2005.Promoted up to Sous chef 2011 and part of the opening team of 21 Trinity gardens in 2007, assisted on production and support for Broadchare, Caffe vivo and Cafe 21 Fenwick all part of 21 Hospitality group 21 is a High standard , busy 150 seat restaurant
