I am currently a Sole Trader in the Delivery/Transportation industry based on the Gold Coast. I am currently working with a number of clients. Some responsibilities are to;-Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes-Follow routes and time schedule-Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle-Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints-Collect payments-Inform customers about new products and services-Complete logs and reports-Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

Assisting clients in making travel arrangements for both business and holiday purposes by helping provide quotes to find the best value options available and make bookings for transport, accommodation, sightseeing activities and other travel related activities a client may need.

Played a role in collaboration and inspiring others to do their best work . I aimed to be direct and collaborate with my team members by delegating tasks, leading by example, and making sure they know I care.
