Working with Risk and Finance to ensure the SA/NV ICAAP is kept up-to-date and relevant with regards to details of the Dublin Branch. As Head of Corporate Trust Ireland, responsibilities include managing and providing oversight for all functional activities carried out from Ireland including Front Office, Client Servicing, Client Administration and Transaction Management. Charged with managing all client relationships serviced from Ireland and ensuring all relationships are developing and growing. Tasked with enhancing current processes and procedures to enable a consistent operating model whilst enhancing service levels and mitigating risk.As Global Group Manager of the Corporate Trust Analytics functional group responsibilities include servicing multiple CT Debt Capital Market securitisation products, such as CDOs, CLOs, MBS, ABS and Conduits through deal modelling and quant analysis functions. Leading a global $18m project to remediate high risk user developed tools and validate close to 4,000 deals models to ensure accuracy in calculating priority of payments to investors. Responsible for managing risk on an on-going basis and working closely with Audit, Control, Risk and Compliance to ensure risk mitigations and controls are in place to keep operating losses to a minimum.

Group Manager and head of the EMEA Structured Portfolio Services business which included products such as CDOs, Conduits, SIVs, Credit Funds and Pension Funds. Roles performed by the business included Trustee, Portfolio Administrator, Account Bank and Paying Agent amongst others. In 2011 business revenue stood at $125m. The group serviced over 100 clients consisting of Financial Institutions, Corporates, Governments, Mutual Funds, Pension Funds, Unit Trusts and Asset Managers.Managed the P&L of the business and ensured revenue growth, both through retentive business and new business take-on. Successfully maintained a direct contribution of $55m for the EMEA CDO business from 2009 in extremely challenging market conditions. Significantly redefined our operating model and successfully implemented the centralisation of cash reconciliation and asset administration processes allowing those functions to be performed off-shore. Similar relocation strategy initiatives were implemented for the International Analytics team. Defined and implemented both the short and long term strategies of the business to ensure goals and objectives were being met.
