This experience deepened my appreciation for meticulous process design and the power of a united team in achieving collective goals. Whether guiding scale-ups or contributing to corporate strategy, I've learned that adaptability and thoughtful execution are key to sustainable growth.More recently, as the COO of Australia’s number one cyber security company, CyberCX, I have been pivotal in the harmonisation of 22 acquired entities, driving revenue and international expansion, while overseeing P&L and operational delivery across an extensive customer base and team of 1300+. I have elevated delivery by building a culture of high performance with a super competitive eNPS and workplace culture, while also leading the design and roll-out of critical Continuous Improvement and Customer Experience programs. Leadership, for me, is about fostering an environment where every member feels equipped to contribute their best. My approach has always been hands-on, guided by clear communication and a commitment to solving problems collaboratively.
