Performed frontline IT troubleshooting, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Xenmobile and O365 administration.The Service Desk supported Transport for NSW as their first point of contact for all IT issues. Service requests and incidents were created and managed to a high standard, covering an incredibly broad range of applications and issues.
