· Responsible for the successful nationwide launch of corporate internet banking application into the medium and larger business marketplace (http://www.barclays.com/bit)· Successfully project managed the critical migration of customers to a new security solution.· Proactively resolved customer issues directly, to protect and enhance Barclays reputation.· Created and published key sales & support materials for both customers and bank staff.

· Responsible for managing the end-to-end programme plan, including task and resource management. · Created, and actively managed the risk and change request processes, developed and maintained databases, produced accurate management information, and controlled costs.
