Responsible to develop and implement a proactive asset management program to optimize asset data collection and plan activities; Act as systems administrator and primary support for all applications related to asset management, specifically the Lucity (GBA MasterSeries) suite with GIS integration used enterprise wide to manage Storm, Street, and Sign infrastructure; Implement a customized installation of a highly complex Fiber Optic infrastructure management system and manage the inventory and data population; Implement the integration of 3rd party CCTV inspection software for Stormwater infrastructure with existing Lucity system; Coordinate all upgrades and maintenance with vendors and end users to ensure minimal impact and downtime to city operations; Proactively investigate opportunities for coordination and integration of various enterprise systems; Act as Technology Evangelist to inspire further adoption of technology aided workflows, specifically in relation to GIS integration and iPad’s for field workers.
