Started my career with Keller mortgage as a Processor, and was promoted to a pipeline manager which lead to hiring, training and managing a team of 12 employees overseeing a mortgage pipeline peaking at over 2000 loans per month. Successfully maintained an over 98% on time loan closing percentage, and handled escalated files from all production departments to find resolution if an issue arose to keep a near perfect on time closing percentage ratio. This included working with underwriting, quality assurance, sales, closing, processing as well as post closing to find solutions to not only be sure the loans closed on time, but also that the loans were salable after closing for the client.
