I have invested over 30 years in the IT industry with the last 14 plus years developing software in an Agile framework.Working as a SAFe/Agile coach, I have helped guide organizations through the transformation from waterfall to Agile and Agile to SAFe. I have worked directly with the teams on the ground and also worked at the program level with Product Managers, System Architects, and RTEs to launch multiple ARTs in several organizations.I have worked in many industries (wholesale, retail, financial, travel, communications, and consumer products) and in many different capacities (mainframe programmer, development manager, Scrum Master, RTE and SAFe/Agile coach). After working in both waterfall and Agile environments, I am convinced that Agile is the best way to deliver the most business value with the highest quality. Using SAFe, I have been able to help organizations scale agile to increase transparency and alignment and to deliver more business value!
