Responsible for the development of institutional and retail hygiene and cleaning chemical business. Institutional business. Developed business included warewashing ,laundry, housekeeping and janitorial products.Retail products developed include premium retail laundry detergent, softener and green formulations.Excellent understanding of manufacturing costs for cleaning products both institutional and retail.

Responsible for the procurement of all Sysco Corporation chemical products. Procurement included negotiation of contracts with Sysco Corporate suppliers and the management of these suppliers through the Sysco system.Responsibility also included the management of a $90mm+ private label program that was done as a toll project as Sysco controlled the formulations. This program included sourcing, cost negotiation,pricing and marketing strategies. This position provided much insight into the pricing and marketing strategies of Sysco suppliers such as Ecolab, P&G,,Clorox, SC Johnson, Diversey ( Sealed Air).This position had P&L responsibility and it provided a through understanding of distributor costs and marketing strategies.
