Developed and built a broadband aggregation model to deliver last mile internet connectivity to enterprises with 50-1000 locations throughout North America. The aggregation model of Internet Services was a new concept in early 2000 and Bandwave was a pioneer in the development of this new business concept. Grew services to include WIFI, SD-WAN, Monitoring and Field Services. In 2020, executed a strategic sale of Bandwave Systems to a larger competing Midwest based Telecommunication company.• Managed Bandwave’s strategic vision and growth by tapping into and identifying emerging technologies in the Broadband and Telecom market.• Led team that drove revenue by developing a nationwide channel partner program. This program educated and incentivized leading IT & Telecommunication Consultants to market and recommend Bandwave’s product portfolio to prospective enterprise clients. To support these services, Bandwave built two geographically redundant Network Operating Centers.• Built wholesale relationship with over 100 Telecommunications and Cable companies, enabling Company to provide ISP Services under one contract, one bill and one support platform to long term clients including Cleveland Clinic, New York Presbyterian Hospital , Fresenius Healthcare, Saint Gobain, Sprint, T-Mobile, and United Refrigeration. • Developed and customized a signature database service platform which included accounting attributes.• Earned recognition by Inc. Magazine as one of the fasting growing private companies for seven consecutive years. In 2020, Bandwave was included on the Financial Times “500 Fastest Growing Companies” list along with Grubhub, Netflix and Tesla. • Grew at an average of 20% each year over an eight-year period, earning 16-20% net profitability.

• Hired as a consultant to develop a private label brand and earned fast track promotion to business manager to expand vendor relationships, oversee catalogue production, and run day-to-day business operations.• Fostered Company’s growth from $250M to $400M based upon increase in distribution points and corporate gift incentives.• Developed precedent setting strategy of bringing large retail brands into the corporate apparel market including North Face, Columbia, Champion, and Fila.
