Responsible for leading the Product Security Office, which oversees the security in Adtran products and the Product Security Incident Response Team.

Product Security - focusing efforts on producing code in products with zero vulnerabilities.Engineer responsible for generating, coordinating, implementing, and executing the qualification testing, test case development and execution, automation and scripting, and targeted regression testing for ADTRAN's Enterprise Division products. (VoIP, wireless product suite, Routing and Switching)Discovers Problems - Delivers Solutions. Considered a SME for L2/L3 network device functionality, configuration, network protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, DHCP, VLAN, etc), and common industry test equipment. Designs and develops automated functional test cases based on general requirement documents or existing test cases. Ensures that test applications, test procedures, test systems, and test cases verify system level functional specifications for advanced telecommunications and wireless services.Works closely with design engineers to develop and automate test procedures, work closely with HW/SW developers to recreate and resolve issues found during testing, and interface with Technical Support group and Design Verification groups. Rebuilds customer networks and scenarios in a lab environment in order to effectively solve field interoperability problems. Designed and implemented an integrated lab network for interoperability validation with multiple customer applications, Exchange Server 2007, Exchange Server 2010, Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Linux Fedora/Ubuntu, Wireless Controllers, Access Point, Wireless Mesh, SIP Servers, ect.SME assigned to analyze and interpret, or assist in the analysis of test case results using debug output (CLI debug output, WireShark network traces, equipment level Debug output, etc.) to provide specific failure mechanism information to Design Engineering. SME assigned to analyze or assist in the analysis of problem re-creation results using debug output to provide specific failure mechanism information to Design Engineering.
