+ Developed Graduation Criteria with AME team in order to determine NPI operational readiness and ensure overall production metrics are met. Completed successful Zero Build (Meridian) using recently established AME Graduation Criteria. + Participated in the concept development of the AME Try-Storming Center that will provide the development space to perform pre-production process validation build events. I was also identify and implement cost saving opportunities in the areas of product optimization, SKU rationalization, value chain re-engineering, complexity reduction, and new product introduction.
