To perform a variety of administrative duties that support the administration and operation of the Recreation and Facilities Service Department, including but not limited to, coordinating scheduling of indoor or outdoor Recreational facilities, maximizing facility use and revenue generation through the organization and management of event planning and scheduling, processing program registrations, memberships and passes used specialized software (ActiveNet), cash handling, revenue reporting, and assisting with the scheduling and supervision of other part time staff.

- Assisted in planning and running multiple Super Elite Football camps for youth of all ages- Responsible for social media by managing Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts- Cold calling past players and parents to promote new and upcoming camps to gain interest- Created an outreach project recording all previous athlete’s birth dates to ensure that Super Elite social media wishes their participants a happy birthday- Managed operations of camps, ensured all drills had necessary equipment, and coaches were looked after- Gained extensive knowledge of Canadian Football - Helped record a new promotional video and audio clips live from Super Elite camps- Supervised the overnight portion of overnight camp ensuring kids were accounted for- Sold Super Elite sweaters and t-shirts during camps to parents- Represented Super Elite Football at promotional events, handing out flyers, talking to people about the features of the camps
