P&L Responsibility for WA RegionResponsible for Sales, Projects, Service, Finance, Supply chain and HR functionsDelivered against business results with double digit growth both years developing the WA Leadership team into a strong unit that delivered consistently on business commitments.

Responsible for the Executive Management of the client who were LOCOG and numerous high profile additional government stakeholders. My role as Project Director also managed the Sales and Project Delivery of the Electronic Security Overlay for London 2012, which delivered 20+ electronic security systems at the venues for the London 2012 Games. This highly stressful but satisfying project was delivered successfully on time (which was critical) and within budget.
