Subsequently split the real estate sales and management components into separate companies, selling the property management portfolio, and rebranding / re-launching the sales business in order to on-sell. ◊ Completed a complete overhaul of all SOPs within the company, and engendered a team culture that focused on quality and service excellence.◊ Retained a small portfolio of high-end residential properties for personal management.◊ Analysed market and identified lucrative opportunities for new business.
