Direct and coordinate both purchase and entitlements of land for development. Identify in a systematic flow for the disposition (sale) and inventory control of land that will be available for development and immediate sale, per annual budget. Negotiate initial purchase terms, maintain contact and relay status of approval and closing with all stakeholders. Maintain marketing contact with previous landowners for referrals.
