Close cooperation with the European holding structure, the other entities in Europe as well as NLMK in Russia.Significant operational Business objectives: • Reporting, P&L-, balance sheet- and liquidity• Budgeting, P&L-, balance sheet- and liquidity• Cash management and assurance of the necessary liquidity• Working Capital optimization• Cost optimizationPrimary areas of responsibility: • Manage finance department ( accounting, budget, treasury and cash management) • Develop employees on financial and personal skills• Value-creation from finance department throughout the organisation• Monthly closing in high quality • Accrual accounting to ensure correct matching and cut off• IFRS-reporting within the deadline of 6 days• IFRS Financial Statement• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions• Profitability on order intake, calculation tool developed together with Sales• Customer negotiations, participate in negotiation with strategic customers/projects• Credit rating and –insurance of customers • Negotiation of payment terms for key customers • Monitoring and optimization of production costs and profitability • 50-60 million KWh and 25-35 million m3 natural gas per year sourced and hedged • Tax, VAT and excise duties• CO2-allowances, optimize free allocation & participate in energy and CO2-network• Contact to national and international banks, auditors and insurance
