Member of the Management team and heading the finance department (5 employees).Reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, the European holding structure and NLMK Group in Russia. Close cooperation with the European holding structure, the other entities in Europe as well as NLMK in Russia.Significant operational Business objectives: • Reporting, P&L-, balance sheet- and liquidity• Budgeting, P&L-, balance sheet- and liquidity• Cash management and assurance of the necessary liquidity• Working Capital optimization• Cost optimizationPrimary areas of responsibility: • Manage finance department ( accounting, budget, treasury and cash management) • Develop employees on financial and personal skills• Value-creation from finance department throughout the organisation• Monthly closing in high quality • Accrual accounting to ensure correct matching and cut off• IFRS-reporting within the deadline of 6 days• IFRS Financial Statement• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions• Profitability on order intake, calculation tool developed together with Sales• Customer negotiations, participate in negotiation with strategic customers/projects• Credit rating and –insurance of customers • Negotiation of payment terms for key customers • Monitoring and optimization of production costs and profitability • 50-60 million KWh and 25-35 million m3 natural gas per year sourced and hedged • Tax, VAT and excise duties• CO2-allowances, optimize free allocation & participate in energy and CO2-network• Contact to national and international banks, auditors and insurance

Reporting to Signing Partners• Planning, conducting and follow-up on auditing and special assignments. • Client portfolio included listed companies and SMEs within a broad span of sectors. • Lead auditor for audit teams of 2-6 people.
