I am beginning my 4th year at Kansas State University studying Industrial Engineering with a minor in Business. I believe in lifelong learning, personal development, and actively seek out opportunities to best prepare me for my future in a changing work place environment. Through involvement in skill rich opportunities, I have strengthened various interpersonal and leadership skills. Currently, I serve as a Chapter Director for Kansas State's chapter of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, where I work to schedule meetings and events as well as recruit new members. Working on numerous projects with diverse groups of people has broadened my perspective and has grown my ambition to have a bigger impact on society. Through my experiences at Kansas State, I have cultivated the skills to work as a team and lead others to success which I desire to utilize to benefit others and myself as I become integrated into the workforce.
