I was working on a busy contracts desk dealing with a wide variety of roles, not just tailored to social care. I managed around 40 temporary members of staff. This varies in helping with HR and Payroll issues, meetings, interviews, disciplinary hearings and in the worst case scenario, relieving people of their duties. I am used to dealing with Clients up to Director level and liaising with them in regards to queries, bookings and payroll issues. -

In a fast paced and exceptionally busy environment, specific targets were made to adhere to. The main targets were to make a minimum of 25 calls per day, and have a survey completion rate of 80%, which would be achieved on a daily basis. Survey’s took around 15/20 minutes to complete.
