I've been in card banking since 1998, holding various roles in Systems Development, Operations Project Management, and Risk. I've been involved in authorizations and fraud risk for over 10 years, and have led multiple platform conversions, portfolio acquisitions, and business process mergers related to fraud risk management. Over my tenure, I have maintained top tier performance in both high authorization approval rates, as well low fraud loss rates. In addition, I am listed as inventor on multiple patents dealing with methods & systems useful for fraud detection and prevention. Prior to the move to banking, I was a practicing engineer in the electric power generation industry, and achieved my Professional Engineer’s license in the State of Delaware.
