Lake Square Building was established for professional tenants use including medical. architectural and beauty industries. Lake Square Building was newly reconstructed from the bottom up to impress new tenants and their customers. This proof of concept showed positive outcome with the 100% occupancies right after the Covid pandemic. Lake Square Building was the only one office building fully rented in the area. We are working on opening another location by 2024.One of the unique features here at the Lake Square is that we have some "toys" for sell every year! Anyone who loves cars & motorcycles!

At Water Plumbing Co started in one location in Franklin Park and was specializing in the new construction commercial & residential work that included electrical as well. In 2013, we added the high rise building portfolio for increasing profitability and branding with high rise property developers.At Water Plumbing was the first on the market to introduce the HAP System to the developers and architects in 2017 as a test model and after two years successful run, implementing as a 100% protecting system for pipes which are still in use. The HAP System implementation brought good name to At Water Company and added more profitabilities to At Water's bottom line. At Water is the biggest advocate for quality work and pipe protection since then. Today, At Water Plumbing have two locations, one in Chicago, second in Roselle IL, 80% work in commercial, industrial areas including high rise building and 20% work in residential singe or multiple units buildings.
