Temporary Works CoordinatorJf Nuclear Aug 2022 - Aug 2023Dorchester, England, United KingdomI was the Temporary Works Coordinator for a large part of the duration of the Winfrith Decomissioning project whilst seconded from IDH. My job role involved producing all of the temporary works design briefs, maintaining the temporary works register, liasing with the site team for installation works, reviewing designs & was also an active member of the constructability processes for the project.Producing all permits to load, strike & recording any design changes that were needed while complying with the Temporary Works process was something I was consistently required to do to ensure that the workers and site was compliant for the duration of the time I was on the project. Instilling the process into the Scaffold team, General Ops team and sub contractors was also something which I actively carried out whilst on site to communicate the importance and relevance of the Temporary Works procedure within the construciton industry - both in a practial sense but predominantly from a Health & Safety and compliance stand-point. -
