Leader of the North American thermoplastic composite technical and marketing team. Focused on growing the long fiber thermoplastic business while also developing new technologies for short fiber compounds. Target markets included automotive, transportation, oil & gas, aerospace, etc.. Technologies included pultrusion, extrusion, bulk molding, LFTP, RTM, DLFT, CFRT, compounding, etc., in the thermoplastic and thermoset application areas.

Triton Advanced Composites and Groningen Engineering were entrepreneurial start up companies in the thermoplastic composite manufacturer and design market place. Triton started as a consulting company but quickly grew into a partnership that build a thermoplastic composite business. Groningen was focused on flat panel, extrusion profiles and cylindrical product forms from similar thermoplastic composite technology. As a founding member of both companies, the ability to take on many challenges was required. During this time frame we were awarded an $11 million conduit bond from the state of Nevada and successfully worked on fulfilling a $50 million purchase order. Target markets included Oil & Gas, Mining, energy, transportation, construction, telecom and aerospace.Responsibilities included developing a business plan to secure funding and coordinating all customer specific activities. I negotiated all consulting and sales contracts.
