• Deploying a range of sales and marketing strategies to convert callers into customers as well as cold calling customers from information obtained from estate agents achieving a 70% conversion rate for quotations and 30% for actual bookings • Proving instrumental in the development and implementation of a follow up system where all warm leads were pursued a few days later after the issue of the quotation which increased revenue by 15%

• Receiving recognition through being selected as one of the venues for the Fresher’s Fest which brought in over 3000 students to the venue and also generated in excess of £20,000 in just two events • Sourcing and securing a £1000 sponsorship from Red Bull which was used to bring in external entertainment to the event
