Selected project experience includes:Sizewell C Water Team LeadWorkstream lead on the SZC EW0300 (Water) workstream with responsibility and accountability for leading a team of 40 in delivery of the workstream to time and quality requirements. The workstream has a wide remit and includes the detailed design of pumping stations, surface water drainage catchments and storage ponds, tunnelling, shafts and marine discharge outfalls, permitting, desalination, foul water treatment and foul and potable water conveyancing networks. Particular highlights include:• Increasing workstream revenue from £50k to £300k within 6 months.• Building a water capability on the project from a team of 7, mostly early careers staff to 40 staff with a good spread of industry experience. The workstream utilises substantial use of the Atkins international design centre.Reservoir Civil Design Lead: Civil design lead for large scale remediation of 3 no. 4.5 ML service reservoirs cells after being structurally compromised by sinkholes. Responsibilities included design of below ground pipework, design of below ground ducting, access road and footpath reinstatement design and hydraulic design of overflow provisions discharging through mesh screen for water quality provisions. The programme was constrained with outline and detailed design submissions within 4 months of contract award. Due to the timeframes agile liaison was required with other discipline leads as the design developed.

Client LDE and Technical Assurance Engineer on a range of high complexity/criticality wastewater network schemes in the London area including technical lead on the Northern Outfall Sewer renovations programme. Additionally, technical review chair for projects within the London infrastructure wastewater team.

Responsibilities included:• Challenged proposed client solution (rising main) to optimised gravity solution. Lead optioneering, hydraulic design, constraint design, specification of surveys, completion of design deliverables. roject encountered significant stakeholder, cultural heritage and ecological constraints which, through co-ordination with specialists and statutory bodies and design tweaks resulted in a 5 months acceleration to start on site. • As PM co-ordinated specialist input and managed £100k+ of change to ensure time and materials design commission was delivered under budget.- Shaft Detailed Design LDE & PM.LDE and PM on scheme to construct two shafts onto a key trunk sewer in light of build over proposals. Activities included:• Shaft structural and civil design for 3.6m dia, 8m shaft located adjacent to main river and within a source protection zone with stakeholder management of developer, site owner and TW.• Draft detailed design submission was delivered within 6 weeks as per client requirements.- Pumping Station Design LDE, Middle Eastern ClientLDE on concept design of 13 cumec pumping station to constrained programme. - Affinity Water HS2 Design ReviewsLead civils reviewer for £40m of civils works to mitigate impact on water quality from HS2 tunnelling. Included civils review of structural design of new plant, drainage, process and potable water mains and other ascorted civils deliverables.- Thames Water Design ReviewsUndertook design reviews on behalf of Thames Water to ensure developer designs compliant withThames Water standards and best practice.- Fire main replacement on RAF baseLDE for 400mm HPPE diversion of fire main due to extension of apron at RAF base.Pastoral duties including:Line manager to a team of engineers.ICE delegate engineer to chartership candidates.

- Project Manager of £15m flagship AMP6 GAC Filter Capacity Upgrade project:o Stabilised project delivery after high turnover of project managers.o Commissioned and supervised FEED Investigation (GI and site hydraulic modelling).o Development of Project Management Plan and ongoing planning, directing and controlling of resources ie.
