Responsibilities include analysis of infrastructure transactions in almost every municipal bond sector.Analysis includes detailed review all elements of infrastructure financings including review of financial statements, operating and financial statistics and ratios, regulatory and legislative issues, derivatives and legal documentation and covenants. Prepare and present extensive written credit memorandum to underwriting committees and risk management that summarizes all elements of a transaction. Assign internal credit rating and pricing to transaction that is consistent with internal underwriting guidelines. Perform traditional marketing functions such as client meetings, site visits, public speaking and client development.
