Although we are new to the market as a firm, our directors come with over 11 years freight forwarding recruitment experience. We are in the position to offer you something unique compared to our competitors. We can offer a personalised, hands-on approach that the larger agencies will be unable to match. We can work with you to tailor our strategy around your values, culture and hiring needs. We need to make sure that the candidates have the right skills but also make the perfect fit for the team.
