• Attended weekly Academy Operational and MDT meetings • Supported the Operational delivery of the Academy programme, including the safe running of all home fixtures/tournaments, training and Talent ID events • Helped with the delivery of administration processes maintenance of player and staff databases across the season • Became a a point of contact for the operations department and individuals within the Academy environment that link with the Academy programme such as Academy parents • Supported the training ground site to be appropriately set up for training with regards to equipment quality, safety and volume

• Operated across the Hall in a variety of roles - all customer-focused• This included speaking to hosts and the clients when needed, working behind several bars, door security, serving clients food and refreshments straight from the kitchen contributing to the smooth running of several ‘high-end’ events
