Tom Bergmann is an accomplished President, Chief Financial Officer, and seasoned board member with 35+ years of operating experience with public, private-equity and employee-owned companies. Tom has extensive global experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, acquiring and integrating businesses, executing capital market transactions (including an IPO) and driving financial performance. Tom has a proven track record of creating value across multiple industries with premium companies including Honeywell, Johnson & Johnson, Harley-Davidson and Life Time.Tom brings deep corporate governance experience having worked with public and private company audit, finance and compensation committees throughout his career. He is qualified to serve on audit committees as a financial expert. Tom has served as a member of SRAM Corporation’s board of directors for the past 12 years where he is also the Chair of the Audit Committee. Tom previously served on non-profit boards including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Milwaukee and as Vice Chairman of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago.Tom received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas and his Masters in Management from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.Tom holds a commercial pilot certificate and two jet type ratings and is an active endurance athlete having completed four Ironman triathlons and seven Leadville 100 mountain bike races.
