Reporting to the President, the Corporate Marketing Manager is responsible for advising the Branch Managers on maximizing sales and improving efficiencies through analysis of branch activities and evaluation of customer needs in each branch territory. The Corporate Marketing Manager also visits key customers with Branch Managers/staff members to identify business opportunities.Analyze and review sales activity with each branch manager to customize merchandising and sales programs to optimize effectiveness.Visit key accounts with branch managers to build and enhance relationships and address potential product issues.Direct all activities of the New Jersey Branch.

Managed the daily activities of the branch with full responsibility for sales, budget and P&L of this 12 member staff location.Increased sales in 2013 by 10% and 2012 by 27% over 2011 levels.Revenue remained at $20 million in spite of an 18% drop in selling prices in 2012 followed by an additional drop of 8% in 2013.
