I joined DGA in 1999 and have been an integral part of the team delivering residential and commercial projects from feasibility to fully completed schemes.My design flair, commercial eye and sound project management have been key to the success of a wide variety of high quality refurbishment and new build projects with values in excess of £40million, with a number of these being located on sensitive sites in Central London. My expertise in navigating the planning process, commercial viability and feasibility have delivered high-end design projects in the public sector, sensitive Listed Building developments and large-scale market-led mixed-use developments. Having worked with residential developers, affordable housing providers, student housing developers and universities, I have developed an expertise in all sectors of the residential market working with clients such as Tudorvale Properties, City & Country, Watkin Jones, UAL and Kingston University in recent years.
