Now operationally independent, while still institutionally related to the University, we continue in our mission of "Honoring Legacies of Faith One Life at a Time" - assisting individuals and families in their estate and legacy planning, and then working alongside their advisors in the skillful crafting of plan designs that showcase God's faithfulness and perpetuates His continued blessing, by paving the way to obedience and faith from future generations.

In what were the initial forming years of this bold new initiative, served as the Founder and Managing Director of this entirely new dimension to LeTourneau University - a separately organized, self governing entity, charged with stewarding the University's Endowment, while also serving as a true ministry initiative of the University. Our mission then, and still today, centers upon assisting individuals and families in their estate and legacy planning, in the broader context of their overall life and retirement planning.

As it has now been conducted throughout the United States and even in London, England, a teaching ministry on the Biblical design for stewardship to churches and church leadership. For more information, see www.legacyforeternity.net.

In this second tenure at (what is now "CSU") served as chief steward over the University's financial and business aims, while at the same time once again giving oversight to, and ministering through, BBC Foundation.

It was my privilege to serve on a strategic team tasked with crafting a plan and strategy to inform and facilitate for this Seminary's perpetuation, founded by Dr. John MacArthur. The plan completed, and strategy devised, my contribution was fulfilled and the baton was passed to these who had come up through that ministry, as they were the best to message all we had landed upon.

Served as the lead role for this vital ministry, transforming it once again into one that was ministry oriented and centered upon the vitality and perpetuation of the local church, and other cherished ministries, beginning with BBC&S (now “CSU”). What a wonderful experience it was, and oh how He blessed our efforts!

Lansing, Michigan

With a seasoned perspective for end of life issues, a well developed consultative, problem solving skills set, and a keen sense of distribution methodologies and channel strategies, I served in an initial role at Federated Insurance and then (in this Agency setting), where I assisted individuals and families in their personal and corporate estate and succession plans, while also serving as senior leadership managing insurance carrier relationships. Rapport with a number of companies and peer agencies led to a State level affinity group appointment to a key steering Committee aimed at improved communication and collaboration with that State's many insurance providers.

Rapid Evolution Of Thought And Aggressive M&A Activity

Deploying the perspective gained in an initial period of years as a Critical Care Paramedic, served at Michigan Instruments (the earliest participant in CPR research), Laerdal Medical (the earliest in automated defibrillator development), Spacelabs Medical (the First Medic Division in continuing aed development and validation), Zoll Medical (inventors of pacemakers, and the continued evolution of aed's), and finally, Nellcor Puritan Bennett (on the cutting edge of pulse oximetry and capnography as critical predictors of early return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC).
