Reporting to the Audit Committee, responsible for the administration of the internal audit program, enterprise risk framework, and the compliance program for the organization. •Manage, supervise and perform internal audits of the Fidelity Financial Advisor Solutions and Fidelity Institutional groups. •Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of controls, risk management, compliance and governance processes within Fidelity Investments. •Respond to change with a sense of urgency through continuous risk assessment and resource allocation.•Represent the Fidelity Financial Advisor Solutions Group in providing external auditors with audit assistance for SSAE 16 testing.•Make oral or written presentations to senior management during and at the conclusion of an audit, discussing deficiencies and recommending corrective action.•Prepare audit reports for issuance to management outlining purpose and scope of the audit, audit findings and appropriate corrective action.•Evaluate responses to reports to determine reasonableness and determine appropriate follow-up actions.-Participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing events to promote the audit function and business knowledge

Provide consultative services to all levels of management in the area of internal controls. Perform credit and operational audits. Oversee the daily field work of one or more analysts, as assigned. Represent Textron Financial in providing Ernst & Young with audit assistance for Textron Financial’s 404 testing.
