Conceptualized a 72-week initial entry warrant officer basic course (WOBC) to train individuals to become intermediate C and Python cyberspace capability developers. Served as the technical point of contact on a contract to build the 72-week WOBC and validate the material delivered. Provided technical oversight of 170D WOBC instruction to ensure instruction was performed at the right level and the students understood the material. Created C and Python programs to further explain concepts to students. Created documentation to establish 170D WOBC grading and execution standards. Coordinated across various offices within the cyber school and human resources command to select and secure students with a demonstrated aptitude toward learning programming. Conceptualized the creation of a warrant officer advanced course (WOAC) for the 170D and worked with instructors to begin its creation. Identified gaps between the initial entry WOBC and the follow-on training in the developer's pipeline and created a training plan to fill them. Established an Army process to allow individuals operationally qualified as a developer to receive course credit for the 71 technical weeks of the 72-week 170D WOBC saving thousands of dollars in training costs and reducing the time to produce trained personnel for the operational force. Provided critical input and guidance to the office chief of cyber (OCC) into the creation of the Army’s 17D Cyber Capability Development Area of Concentration (AOC) and 170D Cyber Capability Developer Military Occupational Specialty (MOS). Created a Python course for electromagnetic warfare advanced individual training; provided instruction to the instructors for them to learn and teach it to their student population. Instructed a two-week Python course for individuals receiving their initial warrant officer training in their warrant officer basic course (WOBC) to become a 170A. Coordinated with representatives from within United States Cyber Command and across multiple military services to establish the standards of a capability developer supporting Cyber across the entire force. Served as the knowledge management officer to create and document Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Access, Teams, and Adobe PDF solutions to capture processes and streamline communication across the organization. Created and managed an assessment process designed to test an individual’s critical thinking and logical reasoning ability to assess the likelihood that they will be able to learn and perform as a cyber capability developer. Served as the technical point of contact in the identification of contractors who were technically acceptable to bid on Cyber School contracts. Served as a voting member of the Cyber School’s Direct Commissioning efforts to select individuals with demonstrated technical abilities and experience to be selected for entry into the Army as an officer at a rank and time in service commensurate with their abilities and documented level of experience.
